Digital products are final sale. Because the Kept & Known organizer is an instant download, we can't accept returns or offer refunds once your order is complete.

We'll always make it right. If your file won't open, a page looks wrong, or you were charged twice by mistake, send us a message at keptknown.com/pages/contact and we'll fix it quickly, with a new file or a refund where it's fair.
